Your First Night at Snoozebox: What to Expect
First time staying at Snoozebox Olympic Park? Here is a straightforward guide to everything from arrival to checkout so you know exactly what to expect.
Getting here
Snoozebox Olympic Park is on Pudding Mill Lane in East London. The easiest way to get here is by DLR — Pudding Mill Lane station is one minute on foot. From Stratford it is one stop. From Central London it is a straightforward journey with no changes needed.
If you are driving, the nearest public car parks are at Westfield Stratford City and around Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. We recommend public transport where possible.
Arriving and checking in
Standard check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive earlier and your room is ready we will do our best to get you in. Early check-in from 1pm is available for £10 subject to availability — just let us know in advance.
When you arrive head to reception, collect your key card and you are good to go. The team are on hand to answer any questions and help you settle in.
Your room
Your room is compact, smart and has everything you need. Double bed, single bunk bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and toiletries, TV, safe and air conditioning. The room size is 8 square metres — designed to be efficient rather than excessive.
If you need a hairdryer or iron just ask at reception and we will sort one for you.
Tea, coffee and snacks
Free tea and coffee is available in our social hub any time of the day or night throughout your stay. Late night snacks are also available from the bar.
Food and drinks
STREETFOODZZZ is on site serving up street food — burgers, loaded fries and more. The bar is fully stocked with cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks. Whether you want a proper meal before the show or a drink on the terrace after — it is all right here.
The after party
If you are staying on a Thursday to Monday you are in luck. Our after party runs on those nights right here at Snoozebox Olympic Park — DJ sets, cocktails and a crowd that is absolutely not ready to go home. Grab your free tickets in advance via the link in our social media bio or on Eventbrite.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are between 11pm and 11am. We ask all guests to be mindful of other guests during these times.
Breakfast
The continental breakfast buffet is served every morning for £13 per person. No pre-booking needed — just head to the social hub when you are ready. Croissants, pastries, cereals, cold meats, cheese, juices and hot drinks. The perfect start to the morning after a brilliant night.
Checking out
Standard checkout is by 11am. Late checkout until 1pm is available for £10 — just ask at reception the evening before or on the morning of your departure.

One last thing
If anything is not right during your stay please come and speak to us at reception. We would much rather fix something on the spot than read about it in a review afterwards. Our team are here to make sure your stay is smooth, comfortable and memorable.
