    Whole Hotel Buyouts
    Our midweek package is designed for corporate clients seeking complete privacy and focus. With exclusive use of the hotel, 78 en-suite bedrooms, dedicated event space, on-site catering, and a prime Stratford location, it’s ideal for strategy days, product launches, training sessions, team away days, and multi-day conferences. This option provides a seamless, all-in-one solution where accommodation and event delivery sit perfectly together.

    Private Event Space Hire
    From Thursday to Sunday, our venue is perfectly suited for high-energy and social events. With exclusive use of the event space and outdoor terrace, full bar facilities, and flexible layout options, it works brilliantly for brand activations, networking events, launch parties, live music nights, and ticketed experiences. It’s a versatile space designed to create atmosphere while keeping everything conveniently in one central location.

Our versatile event space can accommodate up to 500 guests (standing), spanning the private event bar and its spacious outdoor terrace. The venue is designed to suit a wide variety of occasions — from intimate birthday gatherings and team socials, to product launches, after-parties, and large-scale corporate events.

The layout includes multiple zones that allow for customisable setups, including casual lounge areas, dancefloor space, or structured seating if required. This flexibility means the space can be tailored to your event’s vibe, audience, and format.

We recommend starting with our existing venue layout (images available on request or via our listings), which has been optimised for flow and guest experience. However, we’re always open to exploring bespoke configurations, and we’re happy to provide quotes for layout changes or additional production elements if needed.

food + drink

All food and drink for events is provided exclusively by our in-house kitchen and bar team, ensuring a smooth, high-quality service from start to finish.

We offer a range of flexible catering options, including:

  • All-inclusive packages (ideal for hosted corporate events or celebrations)

  • Pre-paid bar tabs or drink tokens

  • Guest-pays-as-they-go (suitable for more casual functions)

Food options can range from street-food style dishes via our on-site food trader, to more curated event menus depending on your event type and budget.

Our fully staffed bar offers a variety of wines, beers, cocktails, soft drinks, and can accommodate signature drinks or custom menus upon request.

If you have specific dietary requirements or menu preferences, we’re more than happy to discuss and accommodate where possible..
